10 Crazy iPhone Apps

Let me start off by saying, there's an iPhone application for everything. Since Apple does reject the odd app here and there, you can be sure that every app goes through a rigorous approval process before making its way to the iTunes store. But there are those that slip through the cracks, like these 10 outrageous, naughty, hilarious — and some all of the above — apps.

You Asked: I've Fallen Out of Love With My Husband

Dear Sugar, I am 37 yrs old, have been married for 15 years and have two children with my husband.

Dear Sugar,

I am 37 yrs old, have been married for 15 years and have two children with my husband. My problem is that I haven't been in love with him for years. I have told him that we need to divorce — I left him for a year, but came back due to financial reasons — but he keeps telling me that he loves me and begs me not to leave him. He thinks we can work it out, but I have tried, and faking it is just not working for me anymore. He's a great guy, but I'm absolutely miserable right now.

I know this has been hard on our kids and part of me wants to stay for their sake, but the other part of me desires passion and love again — I want more out of life and I feel like it's passing me by. What should I do? — Wanting to Leave Laura

Does It Take the Right Woman to Make a Man Settle Down?

Earlier this week Us Magazine reported the news of Kanye West's breakup with fiancé Alexis Phifer.

Earlier this week Us Magazine reported the news of Kanye West's breakup with fiancé Alexis Phifer. Although I think he's an amazing performer and I respect the devotion he showed his mother, there's something about his larger-than-life demeanor that always made his long-term relationship somewhat surprising. Truth be told, I'm not all that shocked that he called things off before tying the knot.

I guess I've always wondered if the commitment phobes and players of the world are destined to be 90-year-old bachelors, or if it just takes the right woman to get them to settle down. Obviously for Kanye, the jury's still out, but as for the average guy, what do you think? Does it take the right woman or do you think once a player always a player?

As we all know, the beginning of a blossoming relationship is exhilarating and the courting period is what makes every day one to look forward to. But once couples get comfortable with each other, that initial fire dwindles and your relationship turns a new leaf. Now I'm not saying that taking that next step in the romance department is a bad thing, but many people do miss what the beginning entails: you know the passionate kisses, the butterflies in your stomach and the over the top dates! So ladies, if you're currently in that comfortable place in your relationship, what do you miss about just dating?

Couples argue from time to time, fighting is only natural, but the more passionate you are, the more heated your arguments can become.

Emotions can make you say and do the craziest things to the people you love the most without taking the consequences into consideration. As we all know, hindsight is 20/20, so ladies do tell, have you ever said something to your lover that you'll forever regret, or has someone ever said anything to you that turned out to be detrimental to your relationship?

Weekend Well-Being

Weekend Well-Being: Make Sun Tea

The weekend for me is a relaxing time to spend with my family, doing little special things we don't usually have time for during our busy week.

The weekend for me is a relaxing time to spend with my family, doing little special things we don't usually have time for during our busy week. This weekend, now that the sun is shining, I'm going to harness the power to make something special - I'm making Sun Tea.

We all know the health benefits of tea, so here is an easy way to brew a simple cup of tea.

What you'll need:

  • a glass pitcher or jar
  • lid, plastic wrap or paper towel to cover the pitcher
  • water
  • tea bags herbal, black or green (my favorite one to use is made by Tazo called Passion)
  • a safe sunny spot where the pitcher wont' be knocked over
  • ice cubes
  • slices of lemon wedges (these are optional, but so good in iced tea)

You Asked: Ridiculed For What I Love

DearSugar -- I love to read.

DearSugar --

I love to read. Period. Reading is like getting wings, lifting me above the boring routine of everything. I have a book all the time. In the car (when I'm a passenger), in school, at lunch, EVERYWHERE. It's because life is so boring. But every day, I get ridiculed for doing something I love. People call me a sicko for reading so much. It shouldn't hurt me, but it does. How do I ignore them successfully?
