I definitely associate the bed and bedroom with intimacy, but the comfy place where you usually get it on doesn't just have to be about passion and arousal. Here's a list of fun things you can do with your significant other that don't require you to strip down to your birthday suit.

I am not looking forward to New Year's Eve this year. I broke up with my boyfriend of five years this fall and New Year's was the one holiday we went all out on. Sometimes we'd spend it with friends, sometimes with his family, and sometimes alone. Either way, it was always a big deal.

Help me cope. I have no plans and none are on the horizon unless I go out alone, which isn't going to happen. Although we have been broken up for several months, I'm still having a very hard time moving on, and the holidays have been extremely tough. I'm ready for the new year, but I'm afraid my NYE will be spent feeling sad and emotional; not how I want to ring in 2009. Do you have any advice?

Barack Obama took his daughters and some friends out to the mall in Hawaii this past weekend, and according to Reuters, "caused a commotion" with lookers-on and photographers. The president-elect, his trusty BlackBerry, his daughters, Malia, 10, and, Sasha, 7, and friends sat and snacked at a table while a crowd and Secret Service agents assembled around them. It's a scene that comes as no surprise to the 71 percent of CitizenSugar readers who say so long as people want to see the pictures, there will be paparazzi and buzz wherever the Obamas go. Here's more:

The agents struggled to hold back people trying to get closer to snap pictures of Obama eating a tuna and melted cheese sandwich and the girls enjoying shave ices, a local treat made from finely shaved ice and fruit syrup.
In recent interviews, such as his 60 Minutes special, Obama said he is dedicated to maintaining some normalcy for his daughters. At this point we expect to stay dialed in to what the Obamas are up to, but do you think the intense fascination will stay as fervent post the Inauguration?

Former vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin's 18-year-old daughter Bristol Palin gave birth to a healthy 7 lb., 4 oz. baby boy Sunday in Alaska. The baby's name is Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston, according to a family member who also said the baby and Bristol are "doing well."
The baby's father, Levi Johnston, is an apprentice electrician who has been dating Bristol for three years and has said he and Bristol plan to marry in 2009 and raise the child together.
The teenage mother announced her pregnancy during Palin's campaign amid rumors that Palin faked her own pregnancy to cover up for Bristol.
