This "Big-Eyed Guy" appears to be Russia's answer to the Dramatic Chipmunk. At a recent Vladimir Putin news conference, an angry young man threw out propaganda leaflets. No one paid any attention to his message--seems everyone was too distracted by the bug-eyed guy next to him to really care.
