The idea behind these 1974 Weight Watchers recipe cards is quite simple. Create enigmatically named food that looks revolting, and dieters will totally lose their appetites. It's brilliant, really.
I really don't know what to say. With food that looks like this the chances of loosing weight is high since this food looks so unappetizing. I do like the name snappy mackerel.

1Those were hilarious! Sorry, but I have utilized Weight Watchers in the past and what they offer now is nothing like that.
