Believe it or not, the Empire State Building is a popular place to propose to people and to get married. Apparently, it's also an awesome place to get turned down with style. What better place than 102 stories above pavement to have your beloved ask you, "What the f*ck are you doing?" right before you're about to pop the question. Sweet.

lol that is hilarious. Poor boy. I would be pissed if my boyfriend asked me in a public place to marry him. I am more of a private person and I hope that a marriage proposal would just be between the two of us.

she didn't seem angry...it's not funny tho...nor cruel...I sorta wanna know if she said yes or no after!....and having a video camera...maybe not that romantic but I don't think it grants insults to the guy!

Yeah, I think she might've said "yes" after he turned the camera off and she knew he was serious.

my best friend and i actually considered making a huge failed engagement scene there when we were in new york in january, just for laughs...i mean, how many people can say they were proposed to or dumped on top of the empire state building? we didn't go through with it...lol.
