I'd LOVE to agree, but there is only so much you can do with inner beauty. On the streets, in bars, at passing, it is always going to be the physically pretty ones who first get noticed and labelled as "sexy." I think "beauty" has a better chance of coming from within, but "sexy" is a first-sight judgment and thus physical features are always going to be the most important factor.
