What's Tackier?

I'm not a big fan of plastic surgery, but if you're gonna get it done, shouldn't it make you look better and not like a freak? Case in point: the following examples of "bolt on" breast implants and "trout pout." Surgery that calls attention to itself looks super-tacky. What's tackier?

I think both are ugly, but I'd have to agree that the trout lips are more hideous than the bolt-on breast implants. At least you can cover up the fake breasts. The trout lips are front and center -- ugh!

Lips only because boobs are the lesser than two evils. But both look awful.

Both are bad!!! If I ever had to get breast implants and they turned out like that..I would demand a redo!!! MAO @ bluecanary calling them Lee Press-On Boobs!! Hehe! I voted for trout pout though, because as least with boobs done poorly, you can try to cover them up!

That's Victoria Beckham on the left, isn't it? She's got a horrible and distinctive case of Faketititis... I still voted for the lips. I mean, the bad fake boobs are horrible, but the blimp lips are slightly worse. After all, you can cover up bad boobs!

I would pick lips, if I had to choose. At least they will mellow out after a while, and could be downplayed by makeup. Big, hard fake boobs are just horrible, and they're even worse when they start to droop.

Those boobs look bad, but the lips are hideous. Whenever I see someone with them I feel like asking them if they really think it looks good.

I chose fake lips. They both look horrid but at least I can sort of understand why someone would want to get bigger boobs, big ass lips are just confusing to me.

Both are really bad! But I cant deal with those gross lips! I mean the implants you can cover when your clothed but those lips man....there is no hiding them!!
