What's Tackier?

I suppose "what's cheesier?" is really what I want to ask, but now is not the time to split semantic hairs. It is time, however, to decide how fussy a dude can be with his hair before it tips over into Tackville. What's tackier?

highlights on dudes are just plain funny to me. When dudes are more primped then I am I feel just a little awkward.

I don't really think there is anything wrong with a guy with color to his hair. Seriously I am BIG on men being manly and not doing girly things. So I don't think the highlights are a big deal. But a man standing in front of a mirror every day "doing" his hair and really taking enough time and engergy to the point they have to plug in a flat iron or something of the sort.............Oh NO! Absolutely not.

Guys who flat iron, but I would never date a guy who did either. Too metro for me. At least highlights are a once every 2-3 months deal, but flat-ironing is a DAILY task, or by the looks of Pete Wentz, weekly?

I think straigtening wins by a hair. Just the thought of a man using a flat iron is just hilarious.

I know lots of hot football players and singers here who bleach their hair and still manage to pull it off and look a bit edgy and nutzo lol but straighten? the only guy I know who did it is a jerk anyway! And another famous singer here who got criticized for it and stopped the whole thing..

I picked highlights, but I think it depends on the way the hair is coloured / straightened. If it's done in a funky way the guy can look hot, but when guys straighten AND dye their hair (ala Keith Urban) it just looks very feminine and silly.
