What Kind of Underpants Do You Prefer on a Man?

I'm one of those women who looks with suspicion on men who manscape too much, wear heavy cologne — or sport boxer briefs. (Too vain? Too self-conscious? I'm not sure.)

But I know women who love boxer briefs and would never consider a dude in boxers or (God forbid!) briefs or tighty whiteys. Esquire just did a rundown of what a man's drawers say about him. What's your favorite? (Well, answer when you're done peeling your eyes off that guy's 8-pack.)

If he must wear something my order of preference most to least preferred boxer briefs, boxers, tighty whity, thong; but really prefer him nude.

I wear boxer briefs or bikini briefs, depends on the day. Bikini briefs keep things in place. Boxers just let things bounce around too much.

A lot of men really do need to sort their underwear out. Some seem to think that they will last forever and never need replacing. Come on guys, it's the last thing we see in the bedroom before the next stage.

Boxer briefs! I don't mind boxers so much, but they're so baggy in weird places and I just.... ugh. I wish my bf would wear the boxer briefs, but he can't stand them. I think he prefers me in most anything lacy, especially my low-rise lacey boyshorts.

Boxers. I've seen my dad stumbling around the house to get peanut butter/go to the bathroom in his breifs for me to be able to date a guy who wears package-hugging panties (unless it's a lepoard print man-thong, or one shaped like a tucan or something).

Well I guess I'm with the majority. I do like boxer briefs the best. My husband has some really nice ones from the Netherlands. They are a thinner fabric that come in black and gray, and then he has some I buy him here, like Nautica and Tommy Hilfger. I don't really like boxers, or the boring briefs. My little boy wears the briefs.

My man wears boxer briefs and I love him in them, but I have to admit, when we first met (15 years ago) he wore tighty whiteys and I loved them! They look so innocent but he was so dirty! Drove me wild! But now I like the boxer briefs.

Jmarten - my boyfriend actually doesn't love thongs. I don't wear them often, unless I have to with what I'm wearing ... he much prefers the lacy cheekies/boyshorts .. they lift your butt and make it look nice and perky! My boyfriend wears boxers, and I like those just fine. =] My theory is it's nicer on my floor! XD

I wear boxer briefs and my partner is the thong master. I would never wear a thong if you paid be but at least he has the look to wear one and he looks good in it. I like boxers but for me they're impractical however I recently heard on another blog that Europe has come out with a boxer that has a horizontal opening rather than a vertical now that just might work for me.
