I agree 100% with JoJo. If its not appropriate to be worn in a classroom, it shouldnt be worn on Sesame Street. I mean, its sesame street! I know kids are desensitized these days and probably see cleavage everywhere but thats no excuse to pretty much throw it at them. I dont mind Katy Perry generally but I thought it was a bit stupid of her to not think of covering up for once. Why would it even occur to you to dress that way when 90% of your audience is children not much older than 12 or 13. Dumb.

i agree with zeze. why does she always has to be half-naked? i mean it's a show for kids. who is she trying to impress? hopefully they also cut it because cut it because it's obnoxious as heck. i don't think it's that inappropriate, but really, wtf is her problem? can she not be famous anymore? please?

If it's not appropriate to be worn in a classroom while teaching kids, then chances are it's not appropriate for Sesame Street.

Maybe parents with girls don't want her on Sesame Street? I've known some parents who get really concerned about some female artists who are scantily clad because their daughters may want to imitate that. I mean, I don't mind it at all, although she's not my fave singer. I have a son and my son has seen my boobs and yes, he has questions about boobs at times which I will answer the best I can. If I always withhold him from things that are natural and present on a human body (for exmpale: the sight of breasts)...he won't grow up 'normal'--that's just me though.

I don't get why she has to walk around everywhere with 3/4 of her boobs hanging out. It's just stupid...I mean I know she can't sing and must overcompensate, but at least her songs are catchy enough that you would think she'd bring out the boobs only half the time.
