VH1's The Pickup Artist: The Most Douchetastic Show on Television?

I really need to start watching cable again. VH1's The Pickup Artist starring Mystery (you may remember him from yesterday's If You Had To . . . challenge) looks spectacularly hilarious. The premise is simple: take some dorks and have a man who dresses like a "goth aviator" tell 'em the secrets to picking up chicks. (It involves a lotta cheesy pickup lines, wearing fuzzy hats, and sporting guyliner.) "Someday," he tells the cool-challenged fellows, "you're going to get so good at this, you will teach it to your sons." Ha! Something tells me Mr. Brian already has some tricks up his sleeve . . .

Hahah, you guys are funny with your feministic double edged hypocrisy. Cosmopolitan magazine is teaches women how to manipulate man, and this is accepted in our society. You think pickup is a joke? There are some of us who have had relationships with hundreds of girls and can get a number from a girl 9/10 times we approach them. Women dont understand, its not about getting in their pants, its about teaching guys who cry themselves to sleep because they are so nervous around women. I would rather see a man be able to get over his fears and have a healthy relationship than teach him to screw everything in sight. Women need to wake up and realize that they are ruining manhood in America. You want better guys? THEN STOP PUSHING AND CREATING WIMPY GUYS BY TELLING THEM THAT YOU WANT A "NICE GUY" when in all reality he will be your "friend". You probably dont know because youve never delt with it, it does hurt

Most of the guys on that show seem like they are just secretly gay but want to prove to people that they really like women. They always seem wayyyy more interested when they are practicing with each other than when they are actually with a woman.
