Is It Unhealthy to Not Wear Undies?

We have seen celebutantes flash their privates to the paparazzi over and over again, so what's up with them not wearing underwear? While they might think it's trendy to go commando, is it healthy?

I never wear panties, usually a bra in public. I just feel normal without them riding up and bunching up.

Which I love when Aunt Flo comes to town, is that I love too see the waistband of you're underwear appear above you're pants or shorts and you see the waistband of my underwear appear above my pants of shorts. I only hold my underwear party when Aunt Flo comes to town, which I love too see you in you're underwear and you see me in my underwear.

I answered "yes" even though I know it's good to let things breath, especially at night, because it's hard on my head when I see things I shouldn't see not covered by the underwear that is supposed to be covering you. A flash of panties, especially ones that actually cover your bottom, is very sexy while a flash of naked bits is something for lovers and medical school. Please wear the pretty panties for those of us who love a windy day and seeing a good girl's undies, not a bad girl's airing of her parts regardless of how healthy that might be. Panties are sexy, unlike a group of nudists or a girl so "liberated" that there's nothing left to unwrap because when I think about what's under your skirts it's not what I can find in a biology text book, healthy as that might be. Wear twice as much material for half the day and we'll all be happy. That seems like a fair and healthy trade...

It's very rare that I wear underwear. I notice that my chances of having any irritation are slim to never when I don't wear any underwear, which is y I stopped wearing them in the first place. Only times I do wear them are if I plan on goin shopping and know I'm gonna try on clothing, if I just have some really cute ones that I just feel like wearing, or during that time of the month. :)

The no underwear while trying on clothes is disgusting! That's the reason they have signs for when you try on swimsuits, because it should be common courtesy to wear underwear when you try on pants/shorts!

I know a girl who ended up with a yeast infection b/c she wasn't wearing undies, but she's also a little dirty to begin with. I run a lot...and the fabric causes chafing. I don't wear underwear that much anymore b/c it irritates my skin.

"I always thought that germs and bacteria could get in there." The vagina is pretty much a self-cleaning oven. It doesn't need a cover for protection unless you're forcing things into. And statistically speaking, underwear/commando has no impact on sexual assault. I agree that not wearing underwear while trying on clothing is pretty inconsiderate and gross.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with not wearing them around the house or to bed. What i do find unbelievably gross is knowing that there are women out there who are trying on pants, shorts etc. without wearing underwear and putting them back on the rack for the rest of us lucky ones to try on.IMO it's inconsiderate,nasty and not to mention unsanitary.

The only time I wear underwear is when Aunt Flo is in town.. Even cotton panties give me yeast infections. Was that TMI? The whole reason people think it's unhealthy is because that's something that mothers tell their daughters to keep them covered up :)

I tend to get very wet at time so not wearing any underwear wouldn't be a good idea. But, sometimes I don't wear underwear to bed.

I never thought it was unhealthy, just a little gross. I mean, it's not like things stay bone dry down there. I really don't want that getting on my skirt or pants. I go commando at night, though.
