Cathy McMorris Rodgers is a pretty big deal, although not many people know it. She holds the title of the highest-ranking Republican woman in Congress, all thanks to her role as vice chairman of the House Republican Conference. Since 2005, Rodgers has also served a Republican representative for the state of Washington and held a committee chair position within the House of Representatives. A fun fact: Rodgers is the only member of Congress to give birth twice while in office.
