I find this commercial bizarre and misguided. Apparently the audio track is totally unrelated and originally did not even say "Tiger" in it. This seems manipulative and exploitative. On a different note, I saw Tiger at the Masters on TV yesterday, and he looks so different, like a weight has been lifted. Or maybe it's just that he's off the prescription drugs!

Well I think we have to understand this is Nike's commercial much more so than it is Tiger's commercial. Nike is one of the few endorsers that stayed with him during this whole ordeal and now they're reconstructing their investment for their financial benefit #1 and whatever benefit he gets from this on a personal level is purely peripheral to the real task.
