As if the tattoo isn't despicable enough, the owner of it paid to get tiny little implants inserted into his leg — directly beneath Carmen Sandiego's ginormous breasts. Imagine that, his tattoo is "a real girl" now! The only thing missing is a training bra. But seriously, someone needs to give this punk a swift kick to the left shin, followed by another kick to the groin. What a douche.
