McGruff, the "Crime Dog," recently participated in a kiddie race and allowed his competitive spirit to get the best of him. Oops! But the fact is: running down innocent children with small legs and poor coordination does not constitute a crime in this country, so don't go trying to make him feel like a big hypocrite or anything.
