Yeah, he's trying to maintain an image, but it is getting ridiculous because he's so old, but I don't blame him for wanting to maintain the 'playboy' image for as long as he lives.I read that Kendra did an 'ooops' a few months back, basically telling everyone that Hef doesn't even have sex anymore (well not with her anyway) and they're being paid (like an employee) to be his 'gf' and to stay at the mansion and have to adhere to strict rules of the mansion and all to keep up his 'Playboy' image. Maybe Hef was promiscuous but seriously, the days have gone for a long while now LOL but he sure seems pretty generous to his exes.

Hef needs to have multiple gf's to sustain what remains of his "image" but really he's too old to pull it off at this point. He is absolutely an icon but he's being taken less and less seriously as he ages but continues to go through the "no really, I'm a playboy" motions.
