Relationship Protocol: What Articles of Clothing Are Off-Limits?

I'm pretty comfortable with nudity, including getting dressed and undressed in front of a significant other. But as we all know, there are some articles of clothing, especially undergarments, that don't highlight your features in the best light. For example, tights are one thing that I would avoid putting on in front of my special someone at all costs! I might be alone on this one so tell me, are there any articles of clothing that you put on or take off behind closed doors in an effort to maintain the mystique in your relationship?

Never really thought about it. We get dressed, shower, use the restroom, and everything else in front of each other, why would I care if he saw me getting dressed in anything.

Im slim and toned.. so anything is ok.. like leggings etc You should be mentioning whats not ok to take off.. SKINNY SKINNY JEANS whilst trying to be seductive. I always fall over and i think laughter is not what i would call sexy!

Oh man..these are funny lol. Especially the ladies whose hubbies saw them give birth. I agree, white undies, and "period draws" are a NO NO.

I just put my dress on first, so the tights or nylons won't look as silly going on.But I can't think of anything that would actually get me embarrassed in front of him, I'm pretty comfortable with my body.

Just the everyday panties or what I call my "period panties" for when I've got my monthlies. I will never let my partner see them, as I don't feel sexy in every day briefs. I feel sexy in boyleg briefs but my partner doesn't want to see those! :(I also hate him seeing me with footless tights with no shoes. But I get over it.

I've been with my husband for 6 years. It's not a secret anymore. I don't mind anything. That being said, I wouldn't purposely have him see me getting into any girdle style contraption, not sexy, but if he sees it's not like I'd be mortified.

Nothing is off limits. I feel sexy putting and taking off all the intimates including the tights. Being a gymnast helps with the balance.

haha, yes I do feel pretty silly putting on tights in front of my husband. And sports bras - I like they way they look once they're ON, but getting them on is kinda like putting on tights...there's a lot of squirming & pulling involved.

I've been with my husband for years and he's seen me in everything so it's not really an issue. I sometimes hate getting undressed in front of him because he won't leave me alone, but that's a different argument all together.

Putting on my bra. I'm pretty busty so it's kind of a process. I needs to lift, separate, and make sure I'm all in. It's pretty embarrassing. I always turn my back and do it really quick. And NOBODY needs to see what a female looks like in Spanx, they look great UNDER clothes and THATS IT! Also, when I'm wearing skinny jeans tucked into my boots I put my socks over the jeans. When I take my boots off I have a pair of mismatched socks with my jeans tucked into them. Its pretty dorky looking. I try to make a joke out of it... I think it's kind of charming.
