Dear Sugar
My 3 year old son is still wearing diapers. I would like to sign him up for pre-school, but they won't allow him to attend unless he's potty trained. He's just not taking to it. What can I do to help advance the process? Impatient Mommy

Try and bargain with your son. Give him something he wants if he "makes" on the potty. I've also heard that putting Cheerios in the bowl and telling him to aim at them also works - it becomes a little bit of a fun game for them. Make sure and praise him every time that he's successful. Also, go out and buy him some big boy underwear. Maybe he'll want to wear it and that will entice him to potty train more quickly.
