Police Officers Show Off Their Human Bagpipe Skills

These two cops are a couple of human bagpipes. How they discovered this twin talent, I don't know, but they sure are proud of it. Here they are — in the middle of what looks to be an officer meeting or training sesh — standing up, plugging their noses, and whacking themselves at the neckline. Even without kilts and knee highs, they look darn ridiculous. I'm sure their colleagues are impressed.
