I feel you, LisaMarieNYC. I didn't realize they weren't real people until I was about 12, I think. It's a really sad day.

There aren't enough tears of joy & laughter and now tears of heartbreak to express how much All My Children has meant to me. It has been there with me, episode after episode, throughout every phase of my life. We grew up simultaneously and I cannot stop crying today; just as in life when you lose someone you love, I will miss All My Children as if I were losing a piece of my heart.
