PDA Etiquette Rules

PDA — Public Display of Affection. We have all seen it. Some of us may have even participated in it. I even let out the occasional "aww" when I see a couple that is clearly into one another.

But, I am also sure that we have all seen that couple who just makes even that simplest gestures of affection seem grotesque. I am all for love and I do understand that people want to show the world how much they care about a person.

However, some folks need to be aware that everyone is not okay with witnessing excessive kissing and heavy petting in a public setting.

So, what is okay you ask?

Keep reading.

Here are a few tips on acceptable PDA protocol:

1. Of course hand holding and hugs (without fondling) are acceptable
2. Kissing is also suitable but should be done in good taste
3. And when in doubt don’t do anything in public that you wouldn’t want your grandma to see.

So if you must grope and squeeze please as the saying goes "Get a room!"
