Eighteen-year-old Liam Payne had a rough go as a child. For years doctors ran tests until he was the age of four and discovered that one of his kidney's was nonfunctioning. Liam admits, "I've still got both kidneys but one doesn't work so I have to be careful not to drink too much, even water, and I have to keep myself as healthy as possible." In terms of music, Liam discovered his passion for music at school and first auditioned for The X Factor when he was only 14 years old. Simon turned him away, but he came back on the show two years later. Liam is dating dancer Danielle Peazer.
