Michelle Obama’s visit to Moscow included a trip yesterday to St. Dmitriy Orphanage and hospital, which receives funding through USAID and the UN Development Program. There, she met about two dozen children, some who sang for her, played the piano or gave the first lady handmade gifts. Afterwards, Mrs. Obama met with nursing students (in the same building) who do outreach work to sick in the community.
