i guess interviews like this are really able to better acquaint us with our choice so it's not a bad thing. too bad i haven't watch 60 minutes in AGES to know that this was going to be on. oh well. it's going to be a big transition not only for his family but for the nation as a whole and i think that i am starting to warm up to the fact that he has young kids so he's thinking about what the country will be like as they get older.
1He adores his wife obviously! Fab
And lonely? Please mister President, I think
everybody will wanna be around you helping you make the right decision, it's cold feet that's all. At least his wife will. She knows right from wrong that woman.
2I just love Michele! She is really is a wonderful strong woman
3One more thing i think the president is a funny man also. I bet he's hilarious in private.
4I saw part of this, and I guess it's a good thing. People hear more details about what Obama plans to do (which energizes his supporters), and I guess it also reaches out to people who still don't trust him, which is kind of a shame.
I don't remember any other president-elects being interviewed like that after the election (I can concede that maybe I'm wrong about that, I just don't remember it happening and I can't find any information on it).
5If he can get a national playoff instituted in college football, I might be able to support him in 2012. That's akin to ending Communism.
6I had to turn the station as soon as i heard the "tick tick tick tick" I didnt even know BO and MO were on there....
60 minutes is terrible.
7Just noticed this is post #3? on this topic? lazy much?
8Beavis, you are awesome.
Caterpillar Girl, I feel the same way. I hear that damn ticking stopwatch and I'm out. Ugh.
9Thanks for this. I couldn't watch it, but I feel I got the main points. The Obamas seem so real.
