National Guard to Leave New Orleans 3.5 Years Later

Last week we heard a lot about President Obama's plan to bring US troops out of Iraq. But yesterday, the National Guard ended its patrol of an American city — New Orleans. Since Katrina US troops have helped with security in the city.
