Budget Living made being cheap aspirational. The magazine itself had thrifty beginnings, launching independently without the backing of a major publisher. After four years and several award wins, BL folded in 2006. I can't help but think if it made it past the boom years, its chic-on-the cheap point of view would be a boon today.

Ughhh. I'm going to miss Blender and Vibe so much. It really disappoints me that as far as music goes, I'm pretty much stuck with the overpriced guitar, and rolling stone.

These magazines have folded yet Shape is coming out with Shapebride?! -like we need another bride magazine

I Wish there were simpler lists instead of these darn slideshows my computer cant handle flipping through because it takes soooo long. >:(
