In a bold move that sends shivers down the spine of any self-respecting woman, Hillary Clinton (yes, that's "Headband Hillary" to you) sat down with US Weekly for a chronological tour through all the lows (and lowers) of her sartorial history.

The slide show tour spans her wedding gown to a coat that made her say, ""I'm a big believer in recycling — even carpets!" and it's, well, the bravest thing she's ever done. (Oh, okay, the running for president thing is big too.)

LMFAO. Not being fashion savvy has nothing to do with being a "douchebag". That was the lamest comment I've ever seen. Anywho, it was cute to see her sense of humor about the things she wore....but I would agree that it's odd they do this for a female contender but not a male one.

"douchebag" as an insult always makes me harumph. You realize it's essentially saying that vaginas are disgusting and it's bad to be associated with them, right? Now "ass", lol, that's an insult I can get behind. :P

I think it's a funny article and I don't think anyone should get too worked up over it. I'm not pro-Hillary at all but I have to say for someone that supposedly isn't warm or funny she sure had some good ones here.

I didn't say it had to be serious all the time, I asked why they are not doing the same fashion slide shows or focusing on looks for Obama, McCain, Paul or Huckabee. Instead, the focus on fashion and looks is targeted to Clinton. It doesn't have to be "hardcore seriousness" and I laughed at the clips. I also didn't question anyone's right to call someone whatever they want, I simply asked a question that came to my mind based on the topic and comments I had read. I agree with you about Bush though, I think the same thing when I see him.

I know, I hesitated commenting on how great she's looked lately, because I know there's more to her than her pantsuits, but I agree! She's definitely found a look that "suits" her now. (And I bet if you google "fab eyeshadow at Las Vegas debate" Hillary would show up :)

While it was good for a chuckle, my question is where are the slideshows of McCain or Obama's bad fashion choices. What does her lack of fashion sense have to do with her politics? Why does dressing badly make her a Douchebag? I know plently of people who dress badly and the are perfectly capable people. Why do we need the fluffy news in the middle of an election?

Oh and I think she looks the best she's ever had (in the public eye, anyhow) right now. Very put together and age appropriate. She's probably being groomed and styled by a small army, but good for her nonetheless.

How douchey do you have to be to get called a capital d Douchebag? Lordy. It cracked me up and made me scratch my head at the same time. People being able to laugh at themselves is always fun, but should the potential first female president stoop to US Weekly articles about her fashion faux pas? Maybe I'm being too critical.
