Ladies' Room Etiquette?

We've all used a public restroom for more than it was designed at some point, but everyone has their own opinion about where and when public grooming is appropriate. Retouching makeup, a quick change in a stall, or a good cry can happen to the best of us, but there are some women who use powder rooms as their own private space. Nail clipping, neti potting, phone calling, who knows what a woman will do when she thinks she has a room of her own?

So whether it's a common sight or something so absurd you've only seen once (mercifully), what bathroom behaviors overstep ladies' room boundaries?
