Its more than everything a popularity contest. When new transformers movie come out Megan ends up higher than the next or last year. Its funny i can't find the most popular female singer on the list. Where is Gaga? Seems guys find her too androgynous and girls find her more sexy. And there are only two half-black girls on the list, rest are white!

Also, if you look at their site and the corresponding pictures with each girl's name, Katy Perry has some of the least obscene pics. At least she has her tits covered... not much one can say for Audrina Patridge.

Well, this IS Maxim we're talking about, so I'm not even gonna get into what I really think defines hot. I'm a woman; they don't care. :P She has that pinup body and look though. I'd like her so much more if she weren't so painfully contrived. I find her twin much cuter hotter more talented etc. overall better, aka Zooey Deschanel :P and interestingly enough, most of my guy friends prefer her too.

She is pretty hot; I think her boobs are great :p but I'm honestly confused as to why she's as famous as she is. At least in my world, she hasn't been big or even remotely relevant since Hot & Cold... but I guess that doesn't matter in the hot-o-meter.
