IMO the letter would have been enough. It gets on my very last nerve when folks do crap like that, especially when there are no other available spots left, but i wouldn't go as far as to ruin someone's expensive car to get my point across..

OMG that is funny. My mom would leave a nasty note on cars that parked over the lines into another space. It was a funny saying that I am not allowed to post here.
