For the purposes of this magazine and taking someone's career for this year into consideration I would say Bradley Cooper. He came out of no where and suddenly was everywhere. And he's gorgeous.

Johnny is sexy and a gentleman, he's the best choice, some of this guys are just good to look at but not very likeable, Bradley and Gerard come across and a little dbagish to me.
