I have gained 10 pounds, and just can't seem to lose it! I've been working out during the week and I've cut out all my favorite sweet sugary treats. I have my cousin's wedding coming up in late July and it's on the beach. You've got the right idea but are you doing enough cardio? Weight loss is a strict formula. Eat right - (which means getting plenty of protein and less carbs and lower fatty foods) and working out. Even as little as 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise a week will burn enough calories for you to see results in 4-6 weeks. If you want to be Beyonce bootylicious like Beyonce and J.Lo, do lots of squat reps, lunges and leg presses. Lie on the ground on your back with both knees bent and do as many pelvic thrusts as humanly possible. You might want to keep your thick booty, but no one likes to see saddlebags in a bikini!
