Huh, I wonder why they didn't have FOREARM TATTOOS at the Hunger Games bat mitzvah . . . Seriously though, this is a terrible idea and no one should ever do it. Please think before you post these things.

Um, OMG. I'm a pretty culturally insensitive normal from the midwest, and I found these VERY F'ING OFFENSIVE. I'm pretty sure the author was aware, these idiots must be completely oblivious and/or insensitive.
