Here we are, three weeks early, saving daylight. Ladies, the clock changes at 2am Sunday; that's one hour ahead, as we're springing forward.
We gain an hour of daylight in the evening, of course, but lose that hour of sleep. This means it's going to be dark in the mornings, too, which will have real consequences for people who suffer from SAD. Morning light definitely matters for them.
