"How Do I Show My Husband I'm Still in Love With Him?"

My husband and I are having some major major issues and I want to show him that we're worth it and fight for him. He is my very best friend and I just want to spice it up and light the spark back up. Has anyone been through this and how do I fix it?

Maybe you should try to think back at the time when the two of you were at your happiest, and try to do what you were doing at the time? Maybe life was very good right around your wedding, you were dressing up for each other, making nice dinners, planning something nice for the two of you? Impending party to celebrate the two of you and a nice holiday? Just throwing out a few hints here. Maybe you guys were doing some sporting activity or something similar together? I hope it works out for the two of you :)

Get some advice from a professional...sex can be a bandaid...LOVE is deeper than sex. Work on the issues...

I'm not sure what you're going through but I've always found that getting in touch with my own inner demon was a big favor to whoever. Women tend to worry what he wants, well a woman who is eager to have sex and has technique down is a pretty compelling reason to come home. There is a woman who was a hooker a long ago, Xaviera Hollander. She wrote a book called "The Happy Hooker" and one of the reasons it was such a bestseller in the 70s was because she gave detailed sexual technique advice as well as fun stories about being a madam. An antique read by now so read it and enjoy the Mad Men kind of era thinking on sexual roles too. I read it, no studied it, way before I had sex and all I can say is that I had very happy boyfriends, at least in that regard.

If your issues with your husband aren't related to sex, working on your sex life isn't going to fix anything. You need to identify what your real issues are and work through those in order to show him that your relationship is worth working at. Show him it's worth it because you are wholly devoted, love him, and believe that together you are something greater than you are individually. Using sex as a bandaid only causes more problems.

Are your major issues around sex? Sex can help to heal, it can be fun and fulfilling, but if it's lacking in your marriage, it could be that these other "major issues" are making intimacy between you impossible. It's hard to get vulnerable with someone when you're angry or upset about something, even when that thing has nothing to do with sex. Could be you need to address these issues to get back to a great place in the bedroom.

It's simple but it works and is FUN. Good sex and having Fun is very different. Without fun problems arise. Go to a sex store or even spensers and get a sex board game. They had this one I always liked .called around the world in bed. couple dart guns and a target similar to a dart board you hang on the wall with different positions. you have a few drinks shoot the board do the position simple stupid but lots of fun. What I'm trying to say is spicing up the relationship doesn't have to be porn sex it's having fun and enjoying each other
