There's a big difference between what I'd do for a husband verses what I'd do for a boyfriend. Husbands are "for better or for worse". Vows are involved. Boyfriends, on the other hand have not made that commitment. By definition, a boyfriend is with you on a trial basis. If I wanted someone to take up space in my livingroom, dominate the remote control, add to the laundry hamper, stack up dirty dishes, clean out my refrigerator and pee on the bathroom floor without contributing to the household finances; I'd adopt a teenage boy, not invite a loser boyfriend to live with me rent-free!

I've dealt with being the sole breadwinner for probably 19 months out of my 7-year-old relationship and let me tell you: IT IS NOT AN EASY THING TO WITHSTAND. Many problems can arise due to frustration but, when I tied the knot I vowed to be with hubby during the good and during the bad times and I'm proud to say I have. Of course, there were times I had to push him but and times we had ugly fights but, as long as you're supportive and you truly believe he is worth it, you should try to give your relationship a chance.
