funny story: one of my coworkers once prosecuted a girl for a DUI... she took the stand and he said "is this your myspace page" "yes" "and doesn't it say here 'I'm a better driver when I'm drunk'"?
Underage drinking doesn't really bother me, but for the love of god, keep your illegal behavior OFF of your FB page! yeesh!
1Runningesq, that's hilarious! My boyfriend is an attorney as well, and he was defending a case where the plaintiff claimed that an accident left her unable to hold her children. She went on and on in her deposition about how traumatic it was for her not to be able to pick up her children any more. Then afterwards, my bf found her facebook page which contained numerous post-accident photo albums of her holding her children!
