Trend Alert: Employed professionals eating out in community dumpsters. These people are part of a growing conservation movement, called Freeganism, aimed to lessen the amount of wasteful food disposal by restaurants and local grocery stores. These dumpster divers grocery shop right out of the trash. They search for edible produce, day-old bread, and even meat and dairy products.
