In the UK, without a trace of irony, you will hear a BBC commenter call it "football hooliganism". But the added thing with the UK is at least in Scotland the Celtic vs Rangers thing has the Catholic/Protestant undercurrent so its even nastier....as in there are "Celtic" bars and "Rangers" bars and you just do NOT go into the wrong one, if you get my drift.

I agree meringue. Most of the time, the best part of the Superbowl is the commercials.
