I would think the fact that they printed it after midnight on Thursday, and then voted on it Friday morning is proof enough that they didn't read the final bill.

They're about to vote for it in a few hours/minutes? They just got the amended version of it (approximately 1100 pages) last night/midnight and they're going to just vote without reading it? Love how our politicians work! Am watching C-SPaN right about now. I'd probably have a Pelosi nightmare looking at that pic. LOL.
