Child welfare officials who have taken hundreds of young polygamist-sect members into state custody have yet another child to place: One of the teens has given birth to a boy. "The boy is healthy and the mother is doing well," Patrick Crimmins, spokesman for the state Child Protective Services, said of the birth Tuesday at Central Texas Medical Center.
