A Dumb Question Is Asked and Answered

The Japanese got to wondering whether the world's fastest speed walker would speed walk away from a life-threatening situation, or resort to running. So they set him up to get chased down by a gang of sword-carrying ninjas. I don't know what's dumber: the question they're seeking to answer, or the premise that a bunch of ninjas would rush a racetrack in broad daylight. But the poor dude falls for it and answers their question...
