Dumb Mug Shots

Getting arrested is pretty serious — or so you would think. The people in these mugshots thumb their noses (and other body parts) at the authorities taking their mugshots. Either that, or they're so tragic looking you get the sense that getting arrested was inevitable. Sigh.
