Don't Drink And...Get Decapitated?!

University students in Baltimore have been having a little problem with getting drunk, wandering onto train tracks and then getting decapitated by on-coming trains. Enter an ad agency with a bizarre idea: "Let's hand out bottle openers that appear to decapitate the image of a person each time it's used." Wouldn't a Public Awareness Poster have been a tad bit more appropriate?
