Do Tell: What's the Longest You've Gone Without Sex?

If you're in a relationship, chances are you have a pretty steady sex life, but if you're single and don't believe in casual sex, I bet you wish you were getting a little more action! I'm pretty sure we've all experienced a dry spell here and there, so ladies, do tell, what's the longest you've gone without sex?

About 2 and a half years. I'd broken up with my fiance and transfered to a new college and swore celibacy until I graduated and had my life together. Best graduation present ever!

Long enough that I spend evenings looking at websites to see how long other people have gone without it. I guess there's no standard. I can't say why some people wait years and some don't ever wait more than a month until it "just happens". It's been close to a year for me. I'm prepared for it to go on a lot longer as well. I dunno... 2 years, 5, 10...15... you never know. It bothered me a lot a while ago but now I feel kind of indifferent. I've reached the mark where it feels like it's been so long that I don't remember what it is exactly that I'm missing. But thank goodness that I can't completely forget thanks to every movie, TV show, advertisement and magazine cover that I see! Without them I would never be constantly reminded that I'm only half a person unless I'm doing someone. Yay!

Over 2 years. It was after a messy divorce and I had alot of issues I was dealing with I was not in a very good place mentally to be dating. It took me a long time to recover. After my divorce I thought I'd never want to date again. Eventually I slowly got back into the scene and started dating again. but it was a very rough 2 years.

It has been 2 years and a few weeks for me. 1 year and 1 month of that I was with someone and we didn't do it at all, then I finally had the courage to leave him and developed a crush on this one guy I told him finally that I was really into him 11 months after I developed that crush on him but I told him in a really horney way and then I found out he had a girlfriend so I felt like a complete jack ass and now wishing I hadn't done that (u know what though, he should feel pretty damn flattered I even sent him that facebook message!) Funny question because I just broke up with my boyfriend recently and he wanted to wait until marriage. I am 27 years old and divorced... I decided I would try and stay with him even though I don't have the same beliefs about waiting for sex. It has been about 1 1/2 years and I couldn't take it anymore. Now Im looking at 6weeks to 6 more months bc hes going to training :( The longest weve ever gone since being married that didnt involve bc we medically couldnt is maybe 4 days.

10 months, and 5 months of that were in a relationship. Let's just say that relationship didn't last. I was such a bitch for those 10 months and when I finally did have sex, I was soooo happy. I vowed never to go that long again. After that I think the longest was about 4 weeks. I was definitely enjoying my sex until I met my husband. Now we don't go more than a week.
