Do Tell: What Was Your Favorite Gift This Year?

As we all know, not every Christmas gift can be a showstopper, but if you're lucky, you'll get a few presents that you love. So do tell, what was your favorite gift this year?

I got some really great gifts this year, my fiance got me Britney Spears tickets for next year and this fricken awesome massager (even though I know that was slightly for both of us and so he wouldn't have to rub my back as much he-he).I got a Macys gc from my future brother in law and his wife which is way better then last year's gift when they got me this makeup set thingy which wasn't my thing.His mom got us a cuddly throw for our couch and the christmas story version of monopoly.His dad got us movie tickets and a gift card for this fantastic seafood restaurant.I must say this has been a really good Christmas. YAY!!

Well when I was 3 my parents bribed me to give up my pacifier by buying me the My Little Pony Lullaby Nursery. I loved it SO much! 8 years ago or so my dad accidentally threw it out. My mom and I haven't let him live it down ever since. I came into the living room on Christmas this year and there was a Lullaby Nursery set up on the floor. I started crying my eyes out. My mom had found one on eBay for me. I'm not going to play with it or anything but it really means a lot to me!

All my gifts were great, but my faves would be my boxed set of The Sookie Stackhouse series (from a dear friend) and my jumbo sized heating pad (from my parents). Yes, they sound dorky, but nothing is better than laying in bed on a rainy day with a heating pad on my back and reading a good book.

a Disney ecard from my friend :) i'm a huge disney fan and the ecard was like a spoof of disneyland dedicated one day to me and had all their Disney names changed to my name :) so definitely best gift of xmas 08 for me!

Well, I haven't had it yet - my boyfriend and I are taking a special trip for New Year's as our gift to each other. But so far, I got a great new monogrammed suitcase and some super cuddly long underwear!

I didn't get anything really material this Christmas...nothing you can wear, play, do anything with. My boyfriend got me tree seeds that we will grow, as our relationship continues to grow. We plan to plant it in our backyard once it gets big enough to be out there. =) I like it. Sometimes it's nice to get things, and for my first Christmas with family so far away, it would have been nice to have something to look forward to under the tree (which we didn't have) lol. Such a sweet gift, though. I cried.

I got alot of great presents this year.... A Bose docking stereo sound system for my ipod,gray suede boots that I've had my eye on for a while,and a pair diamond hoop earrings plus some other goodies, but my favorite gift by far is a snowman ornament my daughter made for me in school with her picture in it.Those are the kind of gifts that are always the most priceless and precious to me.

my parents got me a tiffany necklace to match the bracelet they bought as a graduation present. I love it. But, my sister bought me a pink singlet top that cost her $4.00! it's really cute and flattering, so I went and bought a second one I liked it so much! Other than that... I really did like everything I got this year, but those were the stand-outs

My awesome SLR camera from my equally awesome boyfriend, really nice jewelry from my sister and her fiancee and yes, all the family time I am blessed to have shared. Sadly, without my dad this year, but I know he is smiling at us from heaven. :)

Sorry for the cheesiness...This was my favorite Christmas in a long time. My entire family was together. We all wore matching pjs on Christmas Eve while playing "A Christmas Story" monopoly. My husband and I got ridiculously surprising gifts, yet being together with all of my family was honestly the BEST. I'm so lucky to have my family and to have all those memories recorded, in my mind and on my computer.
