Do Tell: What Conversations Are Off-Limits in Your Bedroom?

The bedroom is a sacred place meant for sleeping, relaxing, and of course, getting busy! But to keep the bedroom a stress-free zone, it's important to take care of any arguments or loaded conversations before settling in for the night. If this is something you strive for, do tell, what conversations are off-limits in your bedroom?

Nothing is off limits, but maybe it should be. We typically "whisper fight" and try to do so as calmly as possible though when we do get into an argument.

Actually the bedroom is the "safe zone" in my house. I would rather have a deep or even stressful conversation there. Somewhere I feel like there's no distractions and it's just us.

absoloutely nothing is off limits in my relationships, not even ex's cause my boyfriend and i were best friends for like a year before we got together and he knows everythign anyway.

Money/bills.....stresses me out too much!

Work. When we talk about my husband's engineering projects and the specimens I get to deal with at the lab, it kills any romance there may be. We also don't watch TV while we're having sex...total mood killer. I don't get how people can do it; it's so distracting.

I can't really think of anything... we've had some of our best discussions in bed. Even stressful topics... I feel worse if we're not talking.

Not much is ruled out, but I tell him not to stress me too bad before sleeping seeing I panic if so.

money! use to be that as we were getting into bed my husband would dump all his financial concerns on me and they say "good night". no, you don't get to dump on me and then go to sleep. so the bedroom has been a no money talk zone for about 2 years and it's much more peaceful :)

Stress, because talking about how stressed we are stresses me out and then I can't sleep. He is also banned from winding me up, but he does it anyway...and then I can't sleep...grrr.

Actually our bedroom is so calming that when we get into a fight, well step aside take a hot hot shower together usually without words, towel off and spread out on our tempur pedic Cali King bed, turn on the dim lights and calmly discuss what the fight was about, we've always been able to come to a conclusion before sleep and and get a great nights rest.
