Dear Poll: Have You Ever Made a Sex Tape?

Every time we find out that a new celebrity has a sex tape lurking around the Internet, I'm always surprised. Haven't they learned their lesson by now? I can't imagine taking a nude photo, let alone making a sex tape. I personally don't think it would be very sexy to watch myself getting busy and I certainly wouldn't want it to end up in the wrong hands.

I'm sure many people find both the act of making the tape, as well as watching it a huge turn on. So my question is, have you ever made a sex tape?

As a guy who has made his share of "personal" videos, I recommend that if a woman is worried about someone other than you or him seeing the tape, it's best not to make one. You may *think* you're w/ a guy who would *never* share a sex tape, and you may be right, but from my experience those men are few and far between. You must understand that, generally speaking, guys don't have as many problems sharing their intimate moments as women might. Additionally, there's always a chance that the nosy neighbor watching the house for you, or the horny teenage friend of your child, gets a hold of the tape. Bad times. In fact, ladies, I know several guys (these are well-educated, "nice guys" btw) who have taped their sexual escapades w/out their partner even knowing about it. Now there's a sobering though, huh? If you wonder about your SO, I would check around the room next time--under the pile of laundry, in a box, behind some books...heck, even a webcam can be rigged to record you and you won't even be able to tell!

Hell no. i knew about sex tapes before Paris or Pam Anderson. this girl in high school, i think i was a freshman in HS, had an orgy/gang banged/train ran on her (however you put it), in the multi-media room at school. it was like 5 boys, and they were seniors i think. anyways, she just got her cooch pierced (this wasn't the class president, in fact, i don't think she ever went to class) and it was all on video. first the rumor went around that she was a freak. then people claimed to have seen the tape. then, someone came into the gym (i was a cheerleader and the football team have the whole tv/vcr set up in the coaches office) so everyone, including band members watched th tape. and the boys who were in the video called her a sl*t, as though they weren't gross for sleeping with the same girl. from that day on, i knew NEVER to trust guys.

How do you get the camera in the right place?You either end up holding it, or positioning so there is a lot of ASS or maybe to the side... but top or legs? I mean... you need a few cameras or maybe a cameraperson to assist.We've asked a good friend to assist but he keeps rejecting us... sigh.

i have, a couple of times but immediately after, i make sure the video is DELETED. LOL. just for fun, and not for anyone to see. that was a couple of years ago.

Yep, and it was fun. My husband keeps asking to make more and I'm looking better these days so when he gets back from Iraq we'll probably do it again. :D It's fun and enjoyable for both parties and I really don't care if something happens and he puts the movie on the internet- I'd probably win an award for my "performance." ;)

Yup. With my long distance ex. It was fun but our level of trust was very high and.. I am the only one who has any access to it. I believe I will delete it somewhere down the road, for security reasons.

I live by what my mother taught me. Never put anything on tape or on paper that you aren't okay with the WHOLE world seeing.

Not if you have a superior linux nerd who knows how to lock and encrypt files like mine does. :) And, no kidding, the real thing is best but it's nice to have the video for kinks especially when we're currently on two different continents. Additionally, our bodies will one day grow old, it will be nice to look at these videos 50 years from now and remember how hot we were back then. Yes, I'm completely comfortable with my body as is my fiancee. So, sex is a beautiful thing for us to do and watch.

no, and what would be the point really? with home movies you look back and remember the cute, sweet, happy moments and share them with friends. so what would you do with a sex tape. anything you could put on tape would be something you could do again in real life and enjoy it more than watching the tape. real life; on tape. seems like a no brainer.

Yes, I have with only one man because I've only been intimate with one man. I trust my fiancee completely with my life and all the in between. It really is dependent on the character of the person you're with of how risky a decision it is to make a sex video. In my case, my honey's good character is golden perfection. I have nothing to worry about.
