Depends, but I think I would vote for the most part that it's not gross as long as you do it in the privacy of your own home. In fact, my boyfriend would be pretty gross if I didn't help him trim the hair on the back of his neck.

I like that my boyfriend is capable of taking care of his own personal hygiene and vise versa. I mean, I’m all for being comfortable with one another, but I think my boyfriend can handle cleaning himself. And popping someone else’s zit sounds disgusting – I would never want to do that! I thought it was gross when my roommate showed me her giant pimple and then went to squeeze it in my mirror… the thought of physically having contact with it is beyond gross!

yes it's pretty gross, in most cases i pretty much never groom my boyfriend and he never grooms me...he's self sufficient and i like that i've had another bf in the past whose eyebrows i sometimes plucked...but that would be the extent of it
